TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you accept these terms. Refusal to follow these terms will ensure a placement on a blacklist. You may ask questions as well.

I. ARTIST TERMS

As the artist, I own the rights to the artwork that I produce. I will do things on a timely basis as best as I can. In scenarios where I cannot fulfill this responsibility, the necessary communication will be enacted upon.

II. CLIENT TERMS

i. PAYMENT

As the client, you are committed to reading through my TOS and respecting the following terms. You are also permitted to ask questions and ask for updates at your choosing. The other terms are as follows:

  1. Payments must be on time; Regardless of if you choose to pay the complete cost upfront or on a payment plan.

  2. Upfront payments; If you can afford to, pay all at once to avoid delays once the queue arrives at you.

  3. Payment plans; If you cannot afford to pay upfront, communicate to me the timeline of which your complete payment can be made. Interest rates are applied according to how spread out on due dates.

  4. Payments are done on PAYPAL; Unless you cannot use PayPal, PayPal is the preferred payment method. I use invoices, so you must provide me your email.

ii. COMMISSION PROCESS

  1. Provide clear references; You must come prepared with the necessary references for your commissions. References for the character, the clothes, the pose, the expression, and the background. These can be written or (preferred) visual.

  2. The client must be ready; If you do not have the following, you will be skipped over until the information is provided - References (Character sheet, pose, notes, etcetera.)

  3. The client must be specific; Even if it is to tell me "I have creative freedom", the client must be specific in what their vision or intentions are.

  4. More changes, more charges; The reason I require specificity is because change takes time, and at a maximum of 3 FREE CHANGES to a sketch, the following changes will be 10% OF THE INITIAL PRICE.

  5. Progress will be shared!

iii. DISTRIBUTION/USAGE

  1. My work must always be credited; Always use my username to attach credit to my artwork, even if it is to share references in casual conversation.

  2. Personal use; You may not use my artwork for branding merchandise or as visuals for a public persona (streaming) unless asked. Ask upfront during a commission.

III. TURNAROUND TIME

Art can be expected in two weeks upon starting it. Paying does not guarantee progress immediately. I will contact you when your position in the queue arrives, which is when progress will begin if you have the references ready. Note that I am currently in school and oftentimes busy; Please be patient, but also know that you may ask for your position in queue; Or for visual updates for accountability.

IV. REFUND POLICY

The client can get a full refund only before a sketch is finalized. The client, at any time, can request a refund, but after a sketch is finalized, the client can no longer request a refund.

V. COMMERCIAL RIGHTS

You may not use my work for brands or merchandise without purchasing the liscencing to it. Examples of commercial use requiring this discussion are as follows; Charms, stickers, physical goods, VTubers, character designs, logos, brands, books, cover, game assets.

  1. Credit is still required; Regardless of licensing, credit is required no matter the platform.

  2. Costs; Costs of using my art or character designs depends on the project itself. Contact me for inquiries.

  3. Character designs; Adoptables and commissioned character designs do not have commercial rights provided unless discussed.

  4. Artwork; Commissioned artworks do not have commercial rights provided unless discussed.

1: Cost of Add-Ons vary in complexity and amount. These costs are discussed and assigned based on the customer's idea.
